General Patrick O’Reilly Recognized with Awards for Outstanding Achievements

Patrick O’Reilly has committed his life to 34 years of faithful and honorable service to the United States Army. As a well-educated leader with three Master’s degrees and extensive leadership experience, retired LT Gen Patrick O’Reilly has made many important contributions the United States Army. Retired LTG Patrick O’Reilly has achieved great success over the past four decades and has been part of monumental milestones in U.S. defense and military strategy.

For his service and outstanding work for the U.S. Army, Patrick O’Reilly has been recognized by the United States government for his achievements in the military. LT Gen Patrick O’Reilly has twice received the Defense Superior Service Award for his accomplishments in supporting our deployed soldiers and Marines and for innovative leadership in defending the homeland. LTG Patrick O’Reilly has also twice been presented with the Legion of Merit award for his contributions to developing highly mobile missile interceptor systems. General Patrick O’Reilly has received the Meritorious Service Medal seven times as he repeatedly demonstrated leadership excellence and dedication to the U.S. Army.

Patrick O’Reilly has been recognized with several other awards for his achievements and leadership throughout his career. In addition to being the recipient of awards and recognitions, LT Gen Patrick O’Reilly has been asked to speak at universities and think tanks across the country. Repeatedly invited to speak at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and many other international forums General O’Reilly is regarded as an expert in the field of national security and missile defense. LTG Patrick O’Reilly shares his experience and knowledge on this subject with the public on many occasions.

Today, retired General Patrick O’Reilly works as a consultant advising industry and university leaders on implementing complex programs and contracting with the U.S. government. His expertise and leadership continues to prove highly relevant today.
